Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice on payroll matters to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. They will also assist with payroll queries, utilizing strong knowledge of payroll principles and procedures, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with relevant legislation.
  • Provide expert guidance on benefits and tax-related matters, leveraging expertise in HR and payroll.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Able to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
