Store Manager Opportunity

As a Store Manager at Southern Co-op, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, driving store performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set operational objectives and performance standards to drive store success
  • Role model customer service expectations and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Identify business opportunities and drive operational performance to maximize store potential
  • Develop and implement succession plans to ensure the continued growth and sustainability of the business
  • Engage with and support local organizations and the community to promote Southern Co-op
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience within a food retail or similar fast-paced operation
  • Commercial awareness and business planning skills
  • Commitment to achieving and sustaining exceptional customer service standards
  • Proven people management skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels
  • Personal Licence Holder or ability to obtain and hold a licence within 16 weeks of appointment
