Job Summary

As a Quality Systems Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the company's Quality Management System (QMS). This includes leading AS9100 audits, managing the quality audit process, and integrating Aviation Safety and Airworthiness principles into the company's culture, processes, and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and maintain audit schedules in accordance with AS9100 standards
  • Provide feedback on compliance to requirements and processes performance
  • Manage the writing and updating of the QMS description for processes and standards
  • Train personnel in charge of implementing processes and evaluate compliance level to requirements
  • Support the organization of process performance reviews in liaison with relevant process owners
  • Deploy QMS processes and standards within the company
  • Evaluate and report on QMS efficiency, identify risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with business process owners and functional areas on strategic planning for process improvements
  • Coordinate activities to achieve and maintain company certifications and approvals
Requirements

Work closely with the Site Quality Manager to ensure the company's Quality function/department is working effectively. Manage and guide Quality Administrators.
