Corporate Governance Coordinator Role:

Lanes Group is seeking a Corporate Governance Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative support to our CEO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports and correspondence. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and controlling access
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodation logistics
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO


Requirements:
  • Full UK driver's licence required for travel between locations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively


Salary and Benefits:
  • Up to £35,000 per annum salary (prorated)
  • 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (prorated)
  • Free onsite parking
