Concierge (Waking Nights) - Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Concierge (Waking Nights) to join our team at mhs homes. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of young adults living at our Foyers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a high-quality and responsive concierge service, working closely with Support Officers and Scheme Managers to ensure the smooth operation of our Foyers.
- Ensure the safety and security of our young people, responding promptly to any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Manage building access and security, monitoring the premises and handling out-of-hours issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Deal with concerns and resolve them at the first point of contact, using de-escalation skills where necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our Foyers, preparing empty rooms for re-letting.
- Experience working with young people with complex support needs.
- Knowledge of welfare benefits and an understanding of lone working principles.
- Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references and medical fitness confirmation.
