We're a leading contract catering company, with a team of skilled professionals serving a large number of satisfied customers every day. We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Kim.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional culinary experience to the highest standards of production.
  • Plan and implement balanced, well-costed menus and monitor stock levels and controls.
  • Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, gaining valuable feedback to measure success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Two years' experience working in a similar sized operation.
  • Education to C&G 1& 2, NVQ or equivalent experience.
  • A portfolio of awards demonstrating the highest standards in the industry.
