- Use shopper insights, market, and retailer data to understand and present market and consumer dynamics, informing category growth strategies.
- Lead category reviews, identify issues, and develop recommendations to drive growth for the company and its customers, aligning with strategies and objectives.
- Monitor outcomes through category analysis and make recommendations to correct any issues that arise.
- Deliver regular reporting to retailers, ensuring that range review recommendations, range change reviews, and NPD performance tracking are completed in a timely manner that fits within retailer planning horizons.
- Full UK driving license
- Experience working in a commercial or category environment
- Preferred experience with various data delivery platforms (Kantar, IRI, Nielsen) and ability to be self-sufficient in data mining and sourcing
- Highly analytical and able to distill large quantities of data, information, and ideas into key insights and actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and time management
- Strong team working skills, with a focus on winning as a team and creating a culture of best practice
- Flexible approach to workload
