About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Dietitian to join our dynamic team at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Paediatric Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in providing inpatient support to young people requiring medical care for eating disorders on our acute Paediatric ward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient support to young people with eating disorders on our acute Paediatric ward
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to support the recovery of young people with eating disorders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for young people with eating disorders
  • Conduct outpatient clinics and provide ongoing support to young people with eating disorders
  • Participate in multidisciplinary sessions to support care planning and decision-making

Requirements

  • Band 6 experience in Paediatric Dietetics or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Specialist knowledge and experience in Paediatric Eating Disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and support
