Commercial Account Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Talent Sure Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our insurance brokerage, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing new business opportunities in commercial insurance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads and prospects through local business networking events and client visits.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and negotiate with insurers to secure suitable coverage.
  • Present insurance recommendations and coverage options to clients, ensuring full FCA compliance.
  • Closing sales and ensuring coverage is in place, while providing ongoing advice and support to clients.
  • Secure cross-selling opportunities and obtain referrals from existing clients.
Requirements:
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grade A – C.
  • Obtained or working towards CII qualification.
  • 5+ years' experience in an insurance role, with a strong knowledge of commercial products.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with good organisational skills and time management.
