Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Design Expert with expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing HVAC, cooling, and other mechanical systems. In this role, you'll play a critical part in creating efficient and reliable systems that support Commercial or Hotel projects operations. If you have a passion for sustainable engineering, a strong background in mechanical building services, and experience with large projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize HVAC systems to ensure optimal operational performance.
  • Collaborate with electrical, structural, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of all building services.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as drawings, specifications, and manuals.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues, implementing improvements to maintain high standards of reliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure that designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Manage projects, oversee installations and testing, and coordinate with contractors and clients to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., LEED AP, CEng) is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically within building services, HVAC.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, or similar) and analysis tools (e.g., CFD, FEA).
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in building services, particularly related to Commercial or Hotel projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-stakes environments.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
