Job Description:
- Lead complex audit assignments, collaborating with managers and partners as needed;
- Prepare audit files, conduct planning, and manage fieldwork;
- Supervise junior team members, allocating work, providing training, and reviewing output;
- Maintain high standards while meeting budgets and timelines;
- Utilize accounting software for accurate client reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should be a qualified ACCA/ACA accountant nearing certification or already certified, with at least 3 years of UK audit practice experience. Proficiency in Xero, Sage, Caseware, and CCH software is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong IT skills are essential.
