We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Care Coordinator to join our team at All Care (GB) Ltd. As a key member of our care services team, you will be responsible for managing staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated in a timely and consistent manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff rotas and allocate visits in a timely and consistent manner
  • Coordinate staff annual leave and accommodate required training in rotas
  • Maintain consistent communication with Reablement Workers/Care Assistants and liaise with other professionals
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in care and care coordinating
  • Strong work ethic, organization skills, and positive personality
  • Good literacy skills, presentation skills, and computer literacy
  • Full driving licence and access to own car
  • Effective team player with good communication skills and time management

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
