A Personal Administrator is required to join our team in the City of London. As a Personal Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to senior executives, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating complex meeting room bookings to optimise resource utilisation and ensure seamless meeting experiences
  • Securing and organising papers and briefings for meetings, ensuring executives are well-prepared
  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to guests and VIPs, creating a positive impression of the organisation

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in diary management, booking meeting rooms, and processing expenses
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with executives and external partners
  • Proficiency in using MS Packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
