Job Title: Director of Clinical Services

At Priory Group, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Clinical Services to join our team at Priory Hospital Arnold. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for leading our clinical services and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deputise for the Hospital Director in their absence
  • Oversee the performance and governance of all clinical departments
  • Manage site clinical staffing and budgets
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality clinical and therapeutic care
  • Provide leadership and coordination for effective clinical governance
  • Implement effective clinical interventions and ensure alignment with best practice
  • Manage the delivery of the clinical services business plan
  • Promote effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure timely completion and implementation of action plans
  • Review staffing levels and trends, and implement actions to remedy
  • Manage and develop a highly skilled and motivated workforce
  • Ensure effective recruitment processes and retention plans
  • Deliver coaching and training as necessary
  • Contribute to the development of Priory policies and procedures
