About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Kuoni in the Metrocentre. As a Personal Travel Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating personalized travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and sell luxury holidays to clients, utilizing your knowledge of destinations and travel products.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their travel needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring repeat business.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring you are knowledgeable about the latest travel products and services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the travel industry, with a strong understanding of luxury travel products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of travel industry software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
