We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for handling business travel arrangements for our clients, including booking flights, car hire, and hotels, as well as providing visa advice and working to clients' travel policies to find the most cost-effective travel options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle business travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, car hire, and hotels
- Provide visa advice and guidance to clients
- Work with clients to understand their travel policies and find the most cost-effective travel options
- Make changes and amendments to travel arrangements as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Experience in business travel or corporate travel, preferably using a GDS (Galileo)
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems and travel industry software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organization and attention to detail
