Mecca Bingo is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to join our team at our Luton venue.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, working with a talented team to deliver exceptional food and service to our customers.

As a Chef at Mecca Bingo, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish meets our brand's quality and safety guidelines.

You will work closely with our kitchen team to maintain a clean and efficient working environment, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking food to meet Mecca Bingo's quality and safety standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Working efficiently to minimize food wastage and optimize kitchen operations
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to achieve excellent food quality and presentation
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a culinary or food preparation setting
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety guidelines
  • Flexibility to work weekends and as per business requirements
