Job Overview

Yavli, a leading sponsored content discovery platform, is seeking a part-time Credit Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing our growing cash flow operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures to optimize cash flow.
  • Monitor and analyze payment cycles to ensure timely collections.
  • Process and manage sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Chase and collect overdue payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Forecast monthly cash positions to inform business decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve ad hoc queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an accounts receivable or credit role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident and professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain positive working relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
