Revenue and Receivables Coordinator

Mackie Myers is seeking a highly skilled Revenue and Receivables Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing our revenue recognition, billing schedules, and accounts receivable processes.

About the Role

As a Revenue and Receivables Coordinator, you will be responsible for the accrual and deferral of income, ensuring all income is correctly accounted for and cash receipts are optimised. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage revenue recognition, billing schedules, and accounts receivable processes
  • Accrue and defer income to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Optimise cash receipts and improve financial efficiency
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience in income recognition, accounts receivable, or project accounting in a small-medium sized company
  • Medium to advanced Excel skills (V lookups and pivot tables)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practice around accounts receivables processes
