Job Summary

Primary Care Management Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salaried General Practitioner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to our patients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account patient medical history, current health status, and other relevant factors.
  • Conduct routine check-ups, health screenings, and other medical procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination of services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Participate in practice audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and patient care.

Requirements

  • MRCGP qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
