Guest Service Manager - Reception

At the Holiday Inn Wolverhampton Racecourse, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Guest Service Manager – Reception to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Manager – Reception, your key responsibilities will include:




  • Assisting the Hotel Operations Manager with front office operations, guest registration, and concierge services.
  • Providing exceptional guest service, ensuring prompt and professional attention to all guests.
  • Managing the venue on non-racedays, including responding to customer queries and resolving issues.
  • Working closely with the Wolverhampton Racecourse Management Team to ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
  • Assisting with staff development and training, including education on local laws and health & safety regulations.
  • Conducting routine inspections of the front of house and public areas, ensuring compliance with hotel standards.
  • Assisting with training team members on PDQ procedures and serving as a central communications point during emergency/crisis situations.
