Job DescriptionWe are seeking an ambitious Global Sales Development Manager to join our expanding sales team at a pivotal moment in our growth journey. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the future of telecommunications while advancing your career in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction
- Closed sales deals with telecommunications network operators
- Represent us at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers
- Develop and present sales forecasts, strategies, and outcomes to senior management
- Lead tender application processes and deliver compelling sales presentations
- A proactive, forward-thinking sales professional with a proven track record in business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Solid IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet ambitious targets
- Comprehensive understanding of telecommunications products and market competition
- Familiarity with telecoms industry trends and standards
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000+ per annum, dependent on experience, plus a car allowance, laptop, mobile phone, 20 days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays and birthday leave), and pension enrolment after 3 months. You will have flexibility to work remotely with occasional visits to our office.
