PRS LTD is seeking a skilled Fabric Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our building fabric, equipment, and systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring routine maintenance is carried out to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements. Your duties will include managing various fabric and grounds duties, such as general fabric repairs, carpentry, plumbing repairs, painting, floor repairs, furniture repairs, tiling jobs, and plastering. You will also be responsible for preparing Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to ensure safe working practices. Additionally, you will develop a good working relationship with staff, clients, and building users, and ensure a safe and healthy working environment, compliance with company policies, client site policies, and working arrangements. The ideal candidate will have technical building knowledge of working methods, practices, processes, regulations, and legislation, as well as experience working on commercial buildings. You will also be proficient in MS Office software and internal IT systems.
