Job Title: Damp Surveyor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Damp Surveyor to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our property survey team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property surveys to diagnose and remediate dampness and condensation issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full property surveys to identify and diagnose dampness and condensation issues
  • Develop and implement remedial action plans to address identified issues
  • Collaborate with tenants and property owners to understand their needs and concerns
  • Produce detailed reports and specifications for improvement works
  • Manage and supervise contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in damp surveying and remediation
  • Strong knowledge of building structures and their contribution to dampness and condensation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
