Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at TLTP Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our school premises, ensuring they are clean, presentable, safe, and secure for all users.

The Role

The Site Manager will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the site is clean and presentable at all times
  • Maintaining the site's safety and security
  • Coordinating with other site and facilities staff, teaching staff, and external contractors
  • Providing advisory and training services to facilities staff
The School

Our school is a primary school based in Broxbourne, with 461 pupils. We are a caring church school that values the well-being of all children, staff, and families. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment.
