About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trainee Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Trainee Assistant Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of construction projects, working closely with our experienced Site Managers to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Site Managers in supervising the delivery of construction projects, ensuring quality, time, and procurement are met.
  • Complete daily site paperwork, including health and safety forms and reports.
  • Conduct site inductions for visitors and contractors, ensuring they have the necessary qualifications and cards to perform their jobs safely.
  • Monitor contractor attendance and progress, providing direct instruction as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate project issues and risks to the site team.
