We are seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator to support our team at Darwin Escapes Head Office in Flintshire, North Wales.
This is a maternity cover position working full-time hours, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.
The successful candidate will be based at Seaview Holiday Home Park, Gwespyr, Flintshire.
About the Role
The Procurement Administrator will assist the Procurement Manager with daily tasks and duties, communicate effectively with external companies, and support with order placement, delivery arrangements, and meeting organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Procurement Manager with day-to-day tasks and duties.
- Communicate effectively with external companies.
- Assist with order placement, delivery arrangements, and meeting organization.
- Support general office administration.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
- Good communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Office.
- A full driving license is essential for occasional travel.
