The position involves supporting the Procurement Manager with day-to-day tasks and duties, including communicating effectively with outside companies, placing orders, arranging deliveries, and organizing meetings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Procurement Manager with day-to-day tasks and duties.
- Deal with and communicate effectively with outside companies.
- Assist with placing orders, arranging deliveries, and organizing meetings.
- Assist with general office administration.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
- Good communication skills with a good telephone manner.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Office.
- A full driving license is essential.
