Financial Operations Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our small, busy finance team at Aldenham School. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing purchase ledgers, including VAT and processing VAT invoices.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
* Maintain a good understanding of VAT and process VAT invoices accordingly
* Develop and implement sound accounting practices and processes to ensure efficient financial operations
* Collaborate with the finance team to achieve targets and deadlines

**Requirements**

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work
* Ability to work well as a member of the team
