About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Experience Enablement Lead to join our team at Digital Republic Talent. As a key member of our growing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering real value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital experience enablement strategies for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of digital experience services.
  • Provide expert-level training and support to clients on Adobe and Google-centric technologies.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their digital experience requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's digital experience strategy and tool selection.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, with a strong focus on web analytics and digital experience enablement.
  • Proven experience in managing CRO (web experimentation) programs and/or web personalization.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe and Google-centric technologies, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, GTM, and Tealium.
  • Strong understanding of digital experience enablement services and their application in a business context.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
