Preston, Lancashire, United Kingdom NHS Full time

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust seeks a skilled Medical Education Engagement Officer to join its team. As a key member of the Postgraduate Medical Education department, this role will focus on supporting the increase of Junior Doctor trainees and transforming LSCft's Medical Education web pages into an accessible and engaging platform.

The successful candidate will be part of a small Medical Education team that works closely with Senior Educators and doctors across the Trust, achieving change through influencing skills and effective engagement. This is a hands-on role requiring energy, tenacity, and emotional intelligence. A love of being creative and interacting on social media is essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the management of Medical Education web pages, intranet, and emerging channels, creating content that is accessible, engaging, and user-driven, and conforms to LSCFT's visual identity.
  • Raise the profile of Medical Education across the trust and in the wider region, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the content of Medical Education information on our LSCFT intranet/web pages, supporting the cascading of key information via social media platforms.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
