  • Recruiting and consulting with new patients, presenting treatment and payment options
  • Assisting dentists in treatment planning, managing patient records, and scheduling
  • Monitoring patient sources and promptly responding to inquiries, ensuring an exceptional patient experience

Requirements and skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a dental practice (Dental Nursing experience preferred)
  • GDC registration and previous Treatment Coordinator experience is essential
  • Strong work ethic and a team player attitude
  • Passion for providing high-quality patient care
  • Keenness to learn and maintain high standards in Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • Proficiency in patient confidentiality and information security
  • Knowledge of general dental treatments, including composite bonding, implants, and aligners
  • Proficiency in dental software, scanners, and MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional customer service skills and flexibility
  • Availability to work in shifts
