Ecologist - Principal/Associate Director/Technical Director

We are seeking an experienced Ecologist to join our successful Ecology business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing ecological projects, producing technical reports, and ensuring effective communications with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage ecological projects, including resource allocation and financial budgets, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Produce and oversee the production of ecological appraisals, reports, licence applications, and other technical documents.
- Carry out ecological surveys and ensure that surveys are being carried out to the required standards.
- Assist team leads with the preparation of fee proposals and ensure effective client communications.
- Experience of managing ecological projects to completion, reporting to planning authorities, and performing the role of an Ecological Clerk of Works on construction projects.
- Experience of making licence applications, holding Protected Species licences, and preparing technical reports.
- Qualifying Member' status, or higher, of CIEEM.
- Hybrid home/office working arrangement.
