About the Role

The group deploys an integrated hospitality ecosystem that is among the most diversified in the sector, notably associating luxury and high-end brands, mid-range and economic offers, exclusive lifestyle concepts, venues for shows and entertainment, clubs, restaurants and bars, private residences, shared accommodation, concierge services and co-working spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the finance team to meet financial reporting obligations on a monthly and annual basis.
- Analyse monthly performance and highlight areas of improvement in Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
- Monitor and support the achievement of key business drivers related to income and expenses.
- Assist with the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process and modelling to support strategic decision making.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial and operational information to management teams.
- Discuss actionable intelligence and rationalisation ideas with relevant managers.
- Liaise and assist teams in the implementation of improvement measures.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Head Office and Regional Finance team.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Currently pursuing a CA/CPA would be advantageous.
- Multiple years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, possessing a high attention to detail.
- Proven organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively time manage and maintain deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Flexibility with working hours to meet business needs (weekend work is required).
