About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy and ventilation care.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Monitor and record client vital signs and report any changes to the clinical team.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care and support work, preferably with children and adults with complex needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
