About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Internal Communications team, you'll be responsible for driving improvements across our internal communication channels.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage internal communications channels, implementing best practice standards.
  • Partner with our Workplace Technology team to define business requirements for internal communications digital platforms.
  • Work closely with Function Internal Comms Managers to align cross-platform channel matrices for target audiences.
  • Lead on driving improvements across existing channels and simplifying our channel matrix based on FY25 internal comms priorities.
  • Manage measurement and reporting processes, including dashboards to drive improvement across all content and channels.
  • Support comms campaigns and editorial planning, aligning on prioritization and tiering of comms activity across all channels.
  • Support the team by managing our editorial calendar and planning process.
