We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Professional to join our clinical team at Ramsay Health Care Clinical in Ashtead. This is an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Specialist to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
About the Role:
As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. You will have a strong passion for nursing and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide individualised patient care, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
- To work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and patients
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication between departments
- To participate in training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our patients
- To contribute to the overall success of our hospital, embracing the Ramsay Way values and promoting a culture of quality and compassion
Requirements:
- Registered with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council)
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our hospital
- A strong advocate for excellent patient-focused care, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
- Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency in using relevant software applications
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
