Operations Administrator Role

We are seeking an organized and self-motivated individual to support our administrative needs, focusing on office management, tenant file administration, and church liaison.

This role is ideal for someone with strong IT skills, attention to detail, and a passion for housing the homeless. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a genuine desire to serve others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Manage day-to-day operations, including correspondence, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate databases.
  • Tenant File Administration: Ensure all files are up-to-date, secure, and compliant with data protection regulations.
  • Church Liaison: Develop and maintain relationships with local churches, promoting collaborative efforts and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Self-Motivation and Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Engage with colleagues, tenants, and church representatives in a professional and courteous manner.
  • IT Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
