Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to patients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Support patients to maintain their independence and quality of life

Requirements

  • GCSE Maths & English (C/4 or above) or equivalent
  • NVQ 3 level (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or equivalent previous proven experience
  • IT skills
  • Previous experience in a health & social care setting (min. 1 year)
  • Experience providing personal care
  • Understanding of the health and social care system
