Job Description:

You will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education to our students. This will involve supporting the delivery of the curriculum, contributing to the development of other support staff, pupils, and academy policies and strategies. You will also supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absence and provide support to pupils, teachers, and the academy to raise standards of achievement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression
  • Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
  • Right to Work in the UK
