We are seeking a dedicated Junior Payroll Administrator to join our team at Sky Personnel. As a key member of our payroll department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process leavers and assist with pension scheme administration.

Handle payroll queries and discrepancies.

Produce sample payroll data for clients and manage document requests.

Support compliance with payslip audits, ID checks, and contract updates.

Provide ad-hoc customer service support during busy periods.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' office support experience.

Umbrella payroll experience preferred, but not essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms.
