TEEM Education is seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Administration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing effective management of the school office, ensuring a smooth and efficient day-to-day operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and management of the school office, ensuring a high level of customer service and support to staff, pupils, and parents.
- Act as a Health and Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with the Deputy Head to update policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the school's vision and goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized school office, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Utilize your expertise in education and planning to support the development of pupil learning programs.
- Effectively communicate with staff, pupils, and parents, ensuring clear and concise information is shared.
- Hold a current enhanced DBS certificate, ensuring the highest level of safeguarding and protection for our pupils.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in school administration or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Current enhanced DBS certificate.
