The Role

As a Sales Assistant/Driver, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the store team to boost sales and ensure smooth store operations
  • Helping customers discover and buy wines, beers, and spirits they'll love this Christmas
  • Driving store performance by embracing sales opportunities and exceeding targets
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering loyalty and repeat business
  • Maintaining the store's impeccable appearance and ensuring safe operational practices

Key Responsibilities

At Majestic Wine, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be an ambassador for the store in which you work, supporting the team to deliver a bespoke Christmas shopping experience for every one of our customers.

We're looking for individuals who can:

  • Drive sales and exceed targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and preferences
  • Share their passion for our products with customers and promote our brand
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Take pride in maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring a safe working environment
