Job Title: Seasonal Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and assisting with sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a signature experience for every guest by greeting every guest, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LBR standards, know and abide by all safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations.
