About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking pharmacist to join our team, providing out-patient services and collaborating with specialist pharmacy teams. The ideal candidate will have a certificate in pharmacy practice, broad hospital-based experience, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work as part of a team in the provision of out-patient pharmacy services, develop clinical pharmacy services, and facilitate training of permanent and rotating staff. They will also support the lead patient services pharmacist in the roll out of patient centre consultations.

Requirements:

A GPhC registered pharmacist with a certificate in pharmacy practice or equivalent, and broad hospital-based experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team are essential.
