Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a Commodity Risk Management (CRM) plan to mitigate risks and optimize opportunities.
  • Own the Procurement Process Value (PPV) and ensure 100% On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery using appropriate tools.
  • Manage suppliers, review and draft contracts, and source new suppliers to ensure a stable and cost-effective supply chain.
  • Lead the annual budget process, identify risks and opportunities, and take action to minimize risk and optimize opportunities.
  • Develop and lead a team of 2 direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in FMCG manufacturing, preferably in the food industry.
  • Global sourcing experience, including commodity-driven markets.
  • Strong leadership and talent development skills.
  • Ability to challenge suppliers constructively to ensure cost savings while building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent ER/MRP experience, including Excel.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to hit the ground running.
