Capital Resourcing Group is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Asset Management Specialist. This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months, with a salary of up to £40K + excellent bonus and benefits.

About the Role

As an Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering compelling and engaging content for our CRM channels. You will work closely with the CRM Marketing Manager to plan and execute email campaigns, including building, scheduling, and deploying one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  3. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future optimization.
  4. Lead workshops to educate and engage colleagues on CRM best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A clear understanding of CRM principles and marketing channels.
  2. Essential prior experience in Marketing and email marketing.
  3. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  4. Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
