Special Educational Needs Professionals Wanted

We are seeking three highly skilled individuals to join our team as Educational Health Care Plan Writers/ Co-ordinators in South Yorkshire. This is a hybrid/remote working role that offers a unique opportunity for professionals with a passion for Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate needs-led integrated assessments for children and young people aged 0-19
- Collaborate with service users, other professionals, and stakeholders
- Demonstrate excellent IT and organisational skills
- Prioritise workload and meet statutory timescales
- Facilitate person-centred multi-agency meetings
- Construct and develop EHC Plans from approved assessments
- Right to Work in the UK
- Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate or willingness to process a new application
- Two professional child-related references
Salary: £38,000 per annum (pro-rata) based on a full-time position of £100 per day, which is in line with industry standards for SEN professionals in South Yorkshire.
