Position Overview

We are pleased to announce an opening for a Quality Assurance Manager within our Technical Team at International Procurement & Logistics. The ideal candidate will oversee the Production QA team, ensuring that high-quality standards are consistently met during the packing process, in alignment with established requirements. This role requires collaboration with production staff to adhere to regulatory, food safety, and quality benchmarks while optimizing productivity and cost-efficiency.

  • Lead the QA team to fulfill quality objectives
  • Ensure maintenance of product specifications
  • Conduct thorough investigations into quality discrepancies
  • Enhance yield through effective coaching
  • Relay quality concerns to relevant stakeholders
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ongoing improvement
  • Facilitate training programs
  • Support compliance audits

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in operational settings
  • Background in the fresh produce or food sector
  • HACCP Level 3 certification
  • BRC Lead Assessor accreditation
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
