Job Title: Senior Contracts Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering multiple projects with types of works including refurbishments, commercial new build, extensions, and projects up to £5m.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide regular project performance reports including a full monthly report
* Take responsibility for the management of up to multiple site teams
* Provide information for inclusion within tender submissions
* Understand and deliver contracts within the agreed contract conditions and timeframes
* Line management of Senior Site Managers and their site teams; monitoring performance, providing leadership, direction, and guidance
* Provide pre-construction and pre-contract advice to ensure the smooth running of site activities

Requirements:

* IT literate including Microsoft 365, Excel
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Knowledge of building, material components, building regulations
* SMSTS, Relevant CSCS card, First Aid at Work
* Relevant driving licence
* A DBS will be required for this position
